• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal.

• Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to most addresses in the U.S.

• Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Each Caridina pen is handmade and individually inspected for quality before shipping.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused products.

• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can make it right.

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

4. Warranties

Our pens are built to last. If your pen arrives damaged or has a mechanical defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification
