The Ruby Dragonet is handcrafted from padauk, a hardwood known for its vivid red-orange color and striking presence. Freshly worked, padauk glows with a warmth that feels almost alive, and over time it deepens into richer, more complex tones. This natural evolution gives each pen a character that continues to develop with use.
All wooden Caridina fountain pens are lined with high quality ebonite to provide durability, texture, and comfort, ensuring that your fountain pen stays sealed, elegant, and smooth.
Every pen comes with a Jowo number 6 nib from Franklin Christoph in your choice of fine, medium, or broad. They are also fitted with a Franklin Christoph standard international converter.
Built special for each and every pen, Caridina pens come in a handmade wooden box on a soft bed of wood shavings. The Ruby Dragonet’s box is made from cherry and is fitted with an amboyna burl knob to perfectly complement the pen.
