• Processing Time
  Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Commissioned or made-to-order pieces may take longer; you will be notified of the estimated lead time at the time of purchase.

• Rush Orders
  If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. While we do not offer overnight shipping by default, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a quote for rush shipping.

• International Shipping
  At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please reach out — we are happy to discuss special arrangements.

Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window
  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Condition of Returned Items
  Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Pens that have been inked cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (unless due to damage or defect).

  • Custom commissions are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in craftsmanship.

• Return Shipping
  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair.
